Restarting services fails in jsiServiceManager

Currently, selecting a service (e.g. SQL Server) and then 'restart' results in a message: "SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) failed to start.". The service is left in a running state (and isn't in fact stopped or restarted at all). Note that doing the same thing through the Windows service manager works correctly.
